a) THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL CONSIST OF - PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, SECRETARY, TREASURER, AND TEN MEMBERS. They will be nominated at the Annual General Body meeting of the Association. The term of the office bearer shall be three years. However they are eligible for re-nomination.
b) The Composition of the Committee shall be as follows:
i) The Manager/Principal of St. Luke’s School shall be the General Advisor of the Association.
ii) Any member of the association who is a resident of Solan town shall be the President.
iii) Any member of the association who is a resident of Solan town shall be the Vice-President.
iv) Any member of the Association who is a resident of Solan town shall be the Secretary.
v) Any member of the Association of Lukite Alumni and resident of Solan town shall be the Joint Secretary.
vi) Any member of the Association who is a staff of St Luke’s School shall be the Treasurer.
vii) The President shall be the Chief Executive of the Association and she/ he will be overall in-charge of the funds and records.
viii) She/ he shall operate the Bank Account of the Association jointly with the treasurer.
c) Any office Bearer of the executive Committee being absent for three successive meetings without proper cause shall cease to be a member of the executive committee and shall not be eligible to be re-elected.
d) The Executive Committee shall meet twice a year or earlier if there is any business to consider and the President shall convene such meeting in consultation with the Secretary. |
